Biljni preparati u tečnom obliku (nerazblaženi ili razblaženi) za oralnu i lokalnu upotrebu.

 

a) Tilia L., flos/ inflorescentia (Lime fresh flower/ inflorescence) method 3a,

b) Tilia L., flos/ inflorescentia (Lime flower/ inflorescence) method 4c (2371).

 

Sastav:

a) tečni ekstrat (DER 1:1), ekstrakcioni rastvarač etanol 51% (v/v).

b) tečni ekstrat (DER 1:2), ekstrakcioni rastvarač etanol 65% (v/v).

 

Tilia L., sadrži 83 *(88) hemijskih jedinjenja koja ispoljavaju 474 *(515)  istraženih dejstava (*podaci ažurirani juna 2016.).

 

Sadržaj:

a) minimalno 0,05% m/m ukupnih flavonoida, izraženih kao izokvercetin (isoquercitrin) (MF: C21H20O12, MW: 464,3763 g/mol−1),

b) u većoj koncentraciji sadrži fenole, saponine, glikozide, tanine, sluzi, eteričnih ulja, …

c) više od svih biljaka sadrži tilirozid (tiliroside).

 

Indikacije:

Biljni preparati su namenjeni poboljšanju opšteg stanja organizma kroz razna naučno dokazana dejstva.

Upotreba kod respiratornih i psihičkih tegoba.

 

Dr. Džems Djuk (Dr. James Duke) u Handbook of Medicinal Herbs, 2nd Ed. (2002). CRC Press, navodi sledeće:

Monografija nemačke E komisije (Commission E Monographs), terapijski vodič za biljne lekove, preporučuje Tilia spp. za kašalj, bronhitis, prehlade i groznicu.

 

Doziranje i način primene:

2 mL (80 kapi) podeljeno u 2 do 4 doze.

Biljni preparat LIPA HSS i TM:

pojedinačna doza: 0,5-1 mL, preporučena dnevna doza (PDD): 2 mL.

Oralna (sat vremena pre obroka) i lokalna primena.

Upotreba na koži: aplicirati na obolelo mesto u tankom sloju ili obliku impregniranog zavoja.

 

Napraviti pauzu posle 4 nedelje neprekidne upotrebe.

Po preporukama, preparat postiže najbolje efekte pri upotrebi od 8 do 12 nedelja, duža upotreba je bezbedna uz pauze.

 

Kontraindikacije:

preosetljivost na aktivne supstance,

preosetljivost na biljke porodice (genus Tilia, family Malvaceae).

 

Čuvanje:

na tamnom, suvom i hladnom mestu do 20˚C, van domašaja dece i izlaganja EM zračenju,  u dobro zatvorenoj originalnoj ambalaži.

 

Rok upotrebe:

5 godina, posle prvog otvaranja 6 meseci.

Hepatoprotective principles from the flowers of Tilia argentea (linden): structure requirements of tiliroside and mechanisms of action.

 

Bud extracts from Tilia tomentosa Moench inhibit hippocampal neuronal firing through GABAA and benzodiazepine receptors activation.

Abstract

Liquid preparations such as tinctures and „bud extracts“ are typical products widely used in European countries but which have been poorly studied to date. Our research was focused on obtaining a phytochemical characterization of secondary metabolites of black currant, dog rose and silver linden bud extracts and evaluating the changes of selected chemical markers over time. 16 different preparations have been analyzed by the use of HPLC-DAD-MS. Several flavonols were identified in black currant samples including quercetin derivatives (6.7-30.4mg/L). Also hydroxycinnamic acids, mainly p-coumaric acid derivatives (4.1-38.9mg/L) were identified. Flavonols such as glycosides of quercetin and kaempferol, hydroxycinnamic acids, and ellagitannins were detected in dog rose samples, with gallotannins being the main components (up to 1.7g/L). The Tilia tomentosa extracts contained flavonols (quercetin, kaempferol, apigenin derivatives) as principal components with the exception of a single commercial extract with hydroxycinnamic acids as the most abundant metabolites. In this study, without applying accelerated ageing protocols, the stability over time of these liquid preparations was evaluated for up to 10 months and demonstrated negligible variations.

 

The content of Ca, Mg, Fe and Cu in selected species of herbs and herb infusions.

The aim of the study was the recognition of the contents and distributions of calcium, magnesium, iron and copper in 6 herb species (matricaria chamomila, tilia cordata, equisetum arvense, melissa officinalis, mentha piperita, hypericum perforatum) and in the herb infusions. The samples were digested using a microwave oven, and the elements concentration was determined by AAS method. The following levels of Ca, Mg, Mg and Cu in the herbs were determined: 6872-19802 mg/kg Ca, 4630-8530 mg/kg Mg, 149.9-415.6 mg/kg Fe and 15.15-24.64 mg/kg Cu. The values of extractions in the infusions of herb were as follows: 16.1-73.8% Ca, 14.4-37.3% Mg, 5.1-9.7% Fe, 13.1-21.8% Cu. This indicates, that a very small part of the iron can be potentially treated as a bioavailable fraction for persons, using plant drugs as infusions. One glass of infusion (250 cm3) contain elements in quantities corresponding to: 0.78-2.61% average daily dietary intake (ADDIs) of Ca, 0.76-1.36% ADDIs of Mg, 0.26-0.38% ADDIs of Cu and only 0.15-0.33% ADDIs of Fe.
